All appointments are required to book in with a credit card. Your card will not be charged this is only to hold your appointment slot.
We understand that unanticipated events can happen. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged 50% of the services scheduled.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their missed appointment, which will be 100% of the services that was scheduled.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointment follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
We take our time to make sure you leave satisfied with the service you chose. Unfortunately, we do not give refunds on any service provided. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 3 days of the appointment. Within the 3 days, we may be able to fix the service free of charge and anything after the grace period may result in a full service charge.
With eyelash extensions, we cannot foresee who can develop an allergic reaction. Allergic reactions are rare but possible and with any case, a free removal may be implemented.
For hygienic purposes, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any retail products.
